Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days — FREE on orders over $45 AUD
- Express Shipping: 1-4 business days — Flat rate $5.99 AUD
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location and typically take 7-21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our Track Your Package page.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. IBEELIV is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at cs.ibeeliv@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
