Can I use a discount code?
Absolutely! Enter your discount code in the "Discount Code" field at checkout and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total before payment. Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order, and codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location:
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 3-5 business days
- Regional areas: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45 within Australia. For orders under $45, a flat-rate shipping fee of $3.99 applies.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Australia only. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please email our customer support team at cs.ibeeliv@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send the item back.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
Products & Orders
Do your products come with a warranty?
Select products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Please check the individual product page for specific warranty details. If you experience any issues with a product, contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at cs.ibeeliv@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible, but you can initiate a return after receiving the item.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at cs.ibeeliv@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
